You may request a refund at any time before a service has been started. Once work has begun on your service order (including dispatching staff or beginning the cleaning), it will be considered a completed job and may not be eligible for a refund.

Exceptions may apply for unsatisfactory service if reported within 48 hours of completion.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California. Any disputes related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
